The KDGC is looking for members who want to get more involved this year! There are a few new opportunities for members to help out in 2024.

Firstly, we are on the hunt for those of you who are interested in becoming a Course Steward for one of our four courses. ​A course steward is someone that will be reporting to the Maintenance Officer (Darren Hamar), and helping the KDGC board to help keep an eye on our courses.

Secondly, we are looking for those who would be keen on being a Clinic Instructor. There are 2 styles of clinics we are looking for help with:

• Beginner and community group clinics (often youth and various groups). The club holds multiple of these each year for the community, and we are looking for folks who are interested in lending a hand.

• Skillset Clinics. These are brand new for 2024. The club will be facilitating a handful of skillset clinics, focusing on specific skill development. If you are interesting in instructing a more advanced clinic for members, this will be up your alley.

One of our ongoing goals is to grow our clubs membership. Truthfully, everything we do is ONLY possible with a strong membership base. While it might not seem like a lot at $30 for membership, it goes further than most might think in making sure we have great courses and a healthly club. We grow only through you all sharing as the sport and community grows. Thank you for growing our club!
