I first started out playing disc golf with a few discs my dad had. An XL, a Cyclone, a Hawk, and an Aviar (that I still bag).
I have been playing casually since about 2009. In 2012 I injured my knee and was trying to find a sport to play that wasn’t as hard on my body, that’s when I found my passion for disc golf. I started playing tournaments around 2012 and have been a KDGC board member since 2014, and as long as I can remember everyone on the course called me “Lefty”.
I enjoy being part of designing and building/maintaining courses. I hope that the KDGC continues to grow and show the people what a truly awesome community we have.
Don’t be scared to talk to me if you see me on the course!
